THEATER POLICIES

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
There are NO refunds or exchanges on tickets.

LATE SEATING:

Please plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to advertised show times.  As a courtesy to our audience and performers, if you arrive late, you  will have to wait in the back of the theater until an appropriate interval when an usher will seat you.  Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the box office. Please be aware of curtain times! Doors will open ONE HOUR prior to curtain. Patrons who must leave the theater during the performances are asked to do so only at appropriate breaks and not during the action. Reentry will occur at the discretion of the box office.

SAVING SEATS:

Saving seats is strictly prohibited.

COMMON COURTESy:

Please be courteous to the actors and other patrons by turning off ALL cell phones/pagers and refraining from talking during the performance. Texting is strictly prohibited as it is very distracting to both the actors and other audience members.

CAMERAS & TAPE RECORDERS:

The use of these and other electronic devices that might distract from the performance is strictly prohibited inside the theater. The photographing, videotaping, or sound recording of any performance or the possession of any such device inside the theater, without written consent of the management, is prohibited by law. Cameras will be confiscated and returned at the end of the show. Violators will be escorted out and will be liable for monetary damages. Any patrons asked to leave the theater will NOT be reimbursed for the cost of their tickets.

CHILDREN AT PERFORMANCES:

Everyone entering the theater, regardless of age, must have his/her own seat. Children over the age of three are welcome, but regardless of age, they must have a ticket. Infants/children on laps are not permitted. All children must be able to sit quietly in their seats throughout the performance. Those unable to do so, along with the adult accompanying them, will be asked by an usher to leave the theater.

REFRESHMENTS:

Refreshments are available for purchase prior to the performance and during intermission.

SMOKING:

Smoking is permitted outdoors only. The theater is a SMOKE FREE facility.

DAY-OF-SHOW SALES:

The box office window opens one hour prior to curtain for ticket sales for the current show. Tickets for other performances can be purchased but at the full-price: advance-sale prices are available ONLY through the day PRIOR TO opening night.
